1.The applicant needs to select the Act for registration/license/renewal.

2.Upon Submitting application the applicant can verify the details and also change the data before confirming the details.

3.The Applicant will get the application number after successful completion.

4.Applicants could pay the amount online. After the payment applicant can download E –challan for future reference.

5.After the verification of application form and challan the registration/license/renewal certificate will be available online.

6.The applicant will be informed by sms and can download or print the registration certificate and keep it for future reference and use.

7.If the application is rejected, it will be informed to the applicant by sms with reason.

9. In case of Kerala Shops & Commercial Establishments Act,1960 and Contract Labour(Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970,renewal certificates will be auto generated on payment of prescribed fee.

1. രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ/ലൈസൻസ്/പുതുക്കൽ സർവീസുകൾക്കായി അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നിയമം തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

2. അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം അപേക്ഷകന് വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാനും വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുമ്പ് ഭേദഗതി ആവശ്യമുള്ള പക്ഷം, ആയത് ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യുവാനും സാധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

3. ശരിയായ രീതിയിൽ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷകന് അപേക്ഷാ നമ്പർ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

4. ആയതിന് ശേഷം അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് ഓൺലൈനായി തുക ഒടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.തുക ഒടുക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന ഇ-ചെല്ലാൻ ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്തു സൂക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

5. അപേക്ഷാ ഫോം, ചെല്ലാൻ എന്നിവയുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ/ലൈസൻസ്/പുതുക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഓൺലൈനിൽ ലഭ്യമാകും.

6. അപേക്ഷ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷകനെ എസ്എംഎസ് വഴി ടി വിവരം അറിയിക്കുകയും, ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രജിസ്‌ട്രേഷൻ/ലൈസൻസ്/പുതുക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതുമാണ്.

7. അപേക്ഷ നിരസിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, ആയതിൻറ്റെ കാരണം എസ്.എം.എസ് മുഖാന്തരം അപേക്ഷകനെ അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

8. അപേക്ഷകന് വെബ്‌സൈറ്റിൽ ഏത് സമയത്തും അപേക്ഷയുടെ തൽസ്ഥിതി പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ( https://lcas.lc.kerala.gov.in/office/onlinehome.php)

9. കേരള ഷോപ്പ്സ് ആൻഡ് കൊമേർഷ്യൽ എസ്റ്റാബ്ലിഷ്മെൻറ്റ് നിയമം ,1960 ; കോൺട്രാക്ട് ലേബർ (നിയന്ത്രണം, നിർത്തലാക്കൽ) നിയമം,1970 എന്നിവയുടെ പുതുക്കലിനായി നിശ്ചിത തുക ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി ഒടുക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ ഓട്ടോ ജനറേറ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
