USER MANUAL
Open the web browser and type lc.kerala.gov.in ,The labour Commissionerate's website, to load the application.
Click on 'Online grading Application System' button to access grading system.
Basic Criteria for apply
Establishment should have more than 20 employees
Business type of the establishments should be Building or Other Construction work Office, Hospitals, Hotel/Restaurant/Resort, IT/Software firm, Jewellary, Security Agency/Contract Agency Office, Star Hotel, Textile
Login to Online grading Application System
If you have any registered username and password for any labour Commissionerate applications(Eg:WPS,Online return), user can use that username and password for online grading system. If you are not a registered user please use Register/Sign up menu

Instructions for Registration/Sign up
Enter your 14 digit registration number obtained from labour office to generate six digit OTP(One Time Password). OTP will sent your registered mobile number
Enter six digit OTP code to create username and password
Press Confirm registration button to complete registration
Establishment details
After successfull loging, you can see your establishment's registration details. Verify the details and if any change is needed then please contact to your Assistant Labour Officer.
Questionnaire
Click 'Questionnaire' menu to apply for grading
The applicant has to answer all the questions in the seven section, Both Malayalam and English questionnaires are available
The applicant can use SAVE button to save the application as draft
Press 'Submit Application' button to submit application to the concerned labour officer
Application Status
After submit application, applicant can check the application status through application status menu
